Step 2 – Rug Dusting
Remove dry soil from rug.
Step 3 – Rug Color Fastness Testing
Dye Testing - We do test for dye bleeding, but many rugs are not made by the same dye lot. We do not guarantee your rug will not bleed. We are not responsible for dye bleeding and your rug is washed at your risk.
Step 4 – Exclusive Turkish Bath Washing
Full immersion rug washing in our Turkish Bath.
Step 5 – Rug Spinning
Thoroughly rinse rug with fresh water.
Step 6 – Rug Drying
Dry rugs in climate controlled area.
Step 7 – Rug Post Vacuuming
Vacuum and groom rug before returning to customer
